The Occupants

In this supernatural thriller helmed by Todd Alcott, who collaborated on the screenplay with Holly Golden, Michael Rady and Toby Huss take on key roles. Golden also produced the film alongside Ilan Arboleda. The story centers on Lucy, who is adjusting to a new husband, a new house, and a new baby, but is haunted by lingering spirits from the past. Committed to aiding families in overcoming cycles of abuse, Lucy, along with her husband Wade, encounters the remnants of a violent family tragedy within their home. Determined to assist these tormented souls in finding peace, Lucy soon discovers that the ghosts have no interest in her help. Instead, they aim to drag Lucy and her family toward their own destruction.
