The Night My Mother Killed My Father
Isabel, an actress in her early 40s, struggles to find new roles in films or theater as directors prefer younger women. She is married to the neurotic Ángel, a screenwriter collaborating on his latest film project with Susana, his producer and former wife. After Isabel, Ángel, Susana, and Carlos, Isabel’s first husband, send their respective children on a school trip, Isabel agrees to host a business dinner at her home for Diego, a prominent Argentinian actor, to discuss his involvement in the film. During the dinner, Carlos unexpectedly arrives with a young woman named Álex, announcing their upcoming wedding and plans to move to Brazil. However, when Carlos suddenly dies shortly after, Ángel and Susana begin to suspect Isabel of foul play, setting off a series of increasingly chaotic events throughout a long night filled with endless surprises.
