The Boneyard Collection

This eccentric anthology features four distinct short films, all linked by interstitial segments. The first story, “Boogie with the Undead,” follows an all-female rock band scheduled to perform in a town besieged by zombies. The second tale, “The Devil’s Due at Midnight,” involves a group of enchanting witches who summon Brad Dourif as The Devil, while fending off the clumsy attempts of witch hunter Ken Foree. In the first extended segment, “Her Morbid Desires,” an actress lands the lead in a vampire film, only to find out that actresses are being killed on set. The other extended segment, “Cry of the Mummy,” features a resurrected mummy, once the last Pharaoh of the 4th Dynasty, who wants to sue the film studios because he can’t find work as a mummy. His new lawyer proposes to act as his agent, but the mummy insists on directing if he is to work in film.
