The Voice

The Voice is an Australian reality talent competition inspired by the original Dutch show created by John de Mol, and it is part of a global franchise. The inaugural season debuted on the Nine Network on April 15, 2012, with Delta Goodrem, Joel Madden, Seal, and Keith Urban serving as coaches. Karise Eden emerged as the winner of the first season, triumphing over Darren Percival, Rachael Leahcar, and Sarah De Bono in the live finale aired on June 18, 2012. For the second season, Ricky Martin took over from Keith Urban, who had joined the judging panel of American Idol. The show is presented by Darren McMullen, with Faustina Agolley handling social media correspondence.
