The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice, often referred to simply as An Extra Slice, is a British TV program produced by the BBC and recorded at The London Studios. It serves as a companion piece to the popular reality series The Great British Bake Off, which is broadcast on BBC One.

Each episode features host Jo Brand, who is joined by three different celebrity fans of Bake Off. Jo delves into the highlights, low points, and less successful bakes from the week’s episode, offering discussions, unseen clips from the BBC One show, and an interview with the baker who was eliminated that week.

The studio audience is encouraged to bring in their own baked creations based on the week’s theme, whether it be bread, pastry, or cakes, and viewers at home are also invited to submit photos of their baking attempts.
