Here and Now

This film offers a thought-provoking and darkly humorous exploration of the various elements dividing modern American society. It follows the lives of a diverse, forward-thinking family consisting of a philosophy professor, his wife, their adopted children from Vietnam, Liberia, and Colombia, and their only biological child. Alongside them is a modern Muslim family led by a psychiatrist who is providing care for one of the children from the first family.
