Count Arthur Strong is a once-popular performer from the heyday of variety shows, who now suffers from grandiose delusions, forgetfulness, and a tendency to mix up words humorously. He imagines himself to have been more famous than he ever truly was, and still clings to the belief that another big break in showbiz is just a call away. Arthur fills his days by seizing any chance that presents itself, whether it’s scoring a free meal or offloading an unwanted, questionable foot spa. In doing so, he inadvertently leaves a trail of disorder and bewilderment, completely oblivious to the chaos he causes.
