At Fallbrook Middle School, students vote annually to select the Teacher of the Year. For the past 43 years, this honor has consistently gone to Norman Warner, affectionately known as Stormin’ Norman Warner. With his recent passing, the responsibility of upholding this legacy now rests on the shoulders of his son, Matt Warner, who has always been overshadowed by his father’s achievements.
