Playing Dead

Jean, a forty-year-old actor facing unemployment and hard times, finds himself at his lowest point. Desperate for any job, he remains unsuccessful in his search. However, his counselor at the unemployment office presents an unusual opportunity: Jean can assist the police by acting as a stand-in for deceased victims during crime scene reconstructions. His keen attention to detail catches the detectives’ attention, earning him a pivotal role in a delicate investigation at the Megève ski resort, which is experiencing a string of murders during its off-season.
