Perfectly Prudence

Skilled technician Nigel and his daughter Annie MacIntyre, who is officially her producer, are the only individuals that the sophisticated Prudence McCoy allows to be involved in her long-standing household tips show, now in its third generation. However, the television station is acquired by a wealthy mogul, who dispatches his son, Michael Merchant, to revamp the program, with the help of studio executive Jack Jameson, who happens to be Prue’s former partner. Their plans include a makeover and, even more disruptively, the addition of co-host Angelica Adams, a young and inexperienced bikini-clad presenter who admires ‘motherly’ Prue. In response, Prue devises a bold counter-strategy.
