Nightmare Tenant

After her daughter Lacey leaves for a top-tier university, Carol faces an empty home and opts to rent out Lacey’s room. Nikki, a student from a nearby college, responds to the advertisement, and it seems like an ideal arrangement. However, Carol is unaware that Nikki was once Lacey’s competitor in high school and harbors a grudge, believing Carol manipulated circumstances to secure Lacey’s spot at a superior institution. Nikki is now determined to reclaim the future she believes was unjustly taken from her. The film features performances by Lauralee Bell and Virginia Tucker.
