Low and Behold

TURNER STULL (Barlow Jacobs), a young man lacking direction, arrives in the hurricane-stricken city of New Orleans to take on a job as an insurance claims adjuster. He is welcomed by his UNCLE STULLY (Robert Longstreet), an experienced adjuster, along with a driven team of colleagues. Turner is quickly drawn into the fast-paced world where the focus is on efficiency, emotional detachment, and high earnings. However, Turner finds himself overwhelmed by the devastation faced by the people he encounters, as his inexperience and indecision exacerbate the situation. During a moment of crisis, Turner agrees to assist NIXON (Eddie Rouse), a local resident, in searching for his missing dog. In return, Nixon offers to help Turner with his insurance claims. As they navigate the storm-battered city together, this journey becomes a transformative experience for Turner.
