More than two decades after her mother, who was a sex worker, attempted to end her life before she was born, Helen continues to struggle with deep psychological scars. Her mental state deteriorates further following a severe head injury from an accident. Upon regaining consciousness in the hospital, doctors discover a tumor in her brain, which triggers disturbing visions, eerie voices, and the constant presence of an enigmatic young woman. As Helen becomes engulfed in a surreal nightmare where reality is distorted and her violent behaviors are only faintly recalled, it becomes evident that the turmoil within her fractured mind is relentless in its quest to break free.
