Jugni (Firefly) symbolizes the rhythm of the soul and the spirit that roams freely. Jugni is embodied by Vibhavari, known as Vibs, a music director on the brink of her first major opportunity in the Hindi film industry. When her professional and personal life with her live-in boyfriend Sid becomes tumultuous, Vibs embarks on a journey filled with hope to discover music. Her quest leads her to a village in Punjab, where she seeks out Bibi Saroop, whose voice holds the promise Vibs is yearning for. However, fate intervenes, and it is Mastana, Bibi’s son and a talented singer, who captures Vibs’ heart. From this point, Jugni explores the challenges of finding balance, making difficult choices, and navigating the dramatic twists and uncertainties of life, all while searching for a place to call home—a sanctuary for the heart where the firefly shines its brightest.
