On Halloween in 1989, college student Jackie Blue hopes for a peaceful birthday amidst a hectic school term. However, her friend Amber has different plans and convinces Jackie to attend the yearly Halloween bash on campus after she finishes her shift at the nearby cinema. As the evening progresses, it becomes clear that this birthday will be far more thrilling than Jackie anticipated.
