Harold’s Going Stiff
Retired and isolated, Harold Gimble is the first person diagnosed with a novel neurological condition that gradually transforms him into a zombie-like state. His solitary life is disrupted when Penny Rudge, an energetic nurse, arrives to help ease his stiffness. Her unique massage techniques prove highly effective, and the two form a close friendship. Harold consents to test a potential cure at a private facility, and the initial outcomes are promising. However, the next day, his condition deteriorates further. After Penny inadvertently hears the doctor’s grim forecast for Harold, she decides to secretly take him away the following morning. News of their escape spreads quickly, and soon a group of ruthless hunters is chasing Harold and Penny across the dramatic moorlands, eager for a kill.
