Lazarus Fell, once a naval intelligence officer skilled in covert operations, was assigned to capture the world’s most notorious terrorist. However, he discovered that his mission had been mysteriously undermined by his own superiors. Consequently, Lazarus staged his own death, abandoning his life, family, and everything he held dear to pursue his quest alone. His drive is also personal, as he suspects that his father, Solomon Fell, who was the Chief of Operations for the Office of Naval Intelligence, died in the 9/11 attacks orchestrated by the very terrorist he is hunting.
