Even If You Walk and Walk

A dozen years have passed since their cherished eldest son, Junpei, tragically drowned while rescuing a stranger, and now Kyohei and Toshiko gather their remaining children for a family get-together. The younger son, Ryota, senses his parents’ lingering disappointment that he wasn’t the one who perished. Meanwhile, his new wife, Yukari, faces the challenge of meeting the family for the first time, adding to the tension. Their daughter, Chinami, attempts to bridge the awkward silences with an overly cheerful demeanor.
