Downriver

After serving a sentence for causing the death of a young boy during his own childhood, despite the boy’s body never being discovered in the river, James is released on parole. The boy’s mother visits him, prompting James to embark on a journey to uncover the truth. With limited time and constant threats, he jeopardizes his freedom and life to unravel a series of past wrongdoings that could bring peace to the mourning mother.
