Defiant

In the aftermath of “The Taking,” where most Defiants have either disappeared or been executed under the orders of the Sovereign Leader, the New World has finally achieved a state of genuine peace. However, as a young soldier from the New World begins to recover his lost memories, the hidden truths about his origins and the current state of the world start to surface. Wrongly accused of assassinating the Sovereign Leader, this soldier faces a critical decision about his identity: will he remain A51-317, a loyal soldier of the New World, or embrace his true self as Paul Wooden, a Defiant? He must decide whether to continue supporting the New World with his newfound knowledge or to change his loyalties. The decision is his: will he choose to be Defiant?
