Cut Her Out

Haunted by disturbing dreams and compulsive sleepwalking, Darcy Baker struggles to rid herself of the traumatic abuse inflicted by her mother during her childhood. Her therapist, Ryan, learns that the family home, the root of her nightmares, is now deserted. He is keen to take her back there to help her confront and release her repressed memories, initiating her path to recovery. Although Darcy is reluctant to revisit that place of torment, her strong desire to earn Ryan’s affection compels her to agree to his plan. Upon reaching the dilapidated house, they find that the terror her mother instilled in Darcy still lingers. More troubling is their discovery of Sam, a ten-year-old feral mute, who guards his secrets closely. Ryan bravely endeavors to heal both Sam and Darcy, but can their familial ties withstand the restorative efforts he offers?
