In search of a skilled accomplice for his elaborate cons, Richard Gaddis enlists Rodrigo, a swindler known for his impeccable poker face. Together, they devise a major scheme to sell a counterfeit Silver Certificate to currency enthusiast William Hannigan. Despite his skepticism towards Gaddis, Rodrigo is driven by the need to support his ailing father. The plot thickens when Rodrigo becomes romantically involved with Gaddis’ sister, Valerie, adding another layer of complexity to their operation.
