Christmas Crash

A family consisting of a husband, wife, and their two daughters decides to spend their Christmas holiday at a secluded lodge in the forest. There is noticeable strain in the couple’s relationship. The husband is preoccupied with his corporate responsibilities and ongoing merger discussions, even during their vacation, as he remains glued to his phone. The wife feels neglected. In an attempt to reconnect, he takes her on a small plane ride to a cabin on the other side of the lake. However, the plane unexpectedly loses altitude, and they crash into the lake before they can alert anyone. The husband sustains more severe injuries, but with his wife’s help, they embark on a journey through the wilderness towards a remote highway. Meanwhile, the husband’s business associate, believing him to be dead, secretly works to sell the company to opportunistic buyers. As the couple faces an attack from wild wolves, they are saved just in time. The FAA launches an investigation into the plane crash, while the family starts to mend their emotional and physical scars.
