En Avant showcases the exceptional trumpeter Hugues, whose solo performance is so impressive that Willy, representing the Flemish Sint-Cecilia, pushes himself to his limits, hitting the highest, lowest, and final notes before collapsing on stage. To everyone’s astonishment, both ensembles advance to the finals. However, the Flemish group faces a dilemma without their star player. Elke, the conductor Jozef’s daughter, proposes a solution: a transfer. While this strategy is common in football, it proves more challenging in the realm of music.
