Boogie Man

A British-Indian teenager in contemporary London grapples with his cultural identity while developing a romantic interest in a white actress/model in her twenties. This infatuation begins at a 1970s-themed exhibition, where he becomes captivated by her, as well as the fashion and music of the seemingly more alluring 1970s. Meanwhile, he attempts to balance his family’s Indian traditions with the looming responsibilities of growing up.
