Bakgat!

Katrien (Cherié van der Merwe) is left heartbroken when her boyfriend, Werner (Altus Theart), a prominent high school rugby player, breaks up with her to concentrate on his athletic pursuits. In an act of revenge, she wagers with her friends that she can transform the school’s most awkward student, ‘Wimpie’ Koekemoer (Ivan Botha), into a popular figure by feigning a romantic interest in him. As the socially inept Koekemoer begins to thrive under her attention, Katrien unexpectedly starts to develop genuine feelings for him, until he discovers her true intentions.
