A Strange Course Of Events

Shaul, portrayed by Uri Pepper, is the central character of the film, a lonely man dealing with the aftermath of a divorce. In an effort to address his emotional struggles, he visits his father, Shimon, played by Moni Moshonov, in Haifa. During this visit, Shaul accuses his father of being the root cause of his present troubles. Shimon, along with his partner Betty, played by Michaela Eshet, attempts to assist Shaul by employing unconventional methods, including the use of stones believed to have magical properties and therapeutic oils. Through their support, Shaul begins to adopt a more hopeful outlook on life.
