Roseville
In the early fall of 1985, authorities are confronted with the aftermath of a bewildering and eerie event that occurred in a secluded cabin in the Balkan Mountains. The film “Roseville” offers a creative portrayal based on eyewitness testimonies and evidence discovered at the scene. Vasil (played by Kalin Vratchanski) and Nadia (portrayed by Lydia Indjova) are a young couple on vacation at “Roseville.” There, they encounter the caretaker, George (Plamen Manassiev), and his close friend, Dora (Elena Petrova). Stephen Court (David Chokachi), an old acquaintance of George, later joins the group. Vasil’s arrival triggers a series of inexplicable occurrences that challenge everyone’s mental stability. Each character confronts the terror of their own fears and an unseen force that seeks to dominate them, lurking in the shadows and subtly knocking on the doors of their minds.
