High schooler Jane Shipley is trying to repair her fractured friendship with her childhood best friend, Merritt, while also attempting to blend in with her defiant classmates. When Jane’s math teacher crosses the line, the indifferent school administration leaves Jane and Merritt no choice but to handle the situation themselves, which strains their relationship even more and leads to fatal outcomes.
