Under ConTroll

During construction in Baden-Baden in 2015, a malevolent troll, turned to stone in the 15th century, is inadvertently revived. To avoid detection, the troll possesses Vanessa Majer and enslaves her. In this guise, the troll seeks out Charlie, the virgin boyfriend of Vanessa’s daughter, as his blood is needed to open a portal to a mystical prison. The troll’s next goal is to locate a powerful spellbook, with the assistance of the mysterious King of the Lake. Vanessa Troll’s scheme seems poised for success, but is thwarted by the intervention of Dr. Fischer, an author, and Béatrice, a nosy neighbor, who eventually pursue him. —Eric Hordes and Alexander König
