Trina finds herself overwhelmed by her demanding job as she attempts to stick to a single day of healthy eating. Her harsh boss adds to her stress, and she feels pressured by the people stuck in an elevator who seek her assistance. Her sole refuge is Lola, a fitness expert she aspires to imitate. This gradually unfolding drama weaves together the narratives of individuals trapped in elevators, where protagonists and antagonists alike must confront and conquer their battles with homophobia, food addiction, and racism.
