Six years ago, a cunning criminal stashed a ton of cocaine in a deserted warehouse. The only people aware of its whereabouts are his aggressive accomplice and his alluring yet lethal girlfriend. Rather than surrendering the cache to the authorities or a competing gang, the enigmatic Jamaican criminal known as Ghost keeps the secret to himself while in prison. However, when he is abducted by a covert operative named Cole (played by Bill Koruna), he manages to escape with the assistance of an FBI agent, Angela Williams. Now out on parole, Cole is determined to find the cocaine, sell it, and vanish into a life of opulence. Meanwhile, his every move is being monitored by the DEA, the Russian mafia, and various other criminals, all eager to trace the path to the concealed stash of drugs.
